Business on board

One bright spot of this legislative session is the way the business community has publicly stepped up to support transit investments. A group of business leaders, local officials, and state legislators again made their case to the Republican House and Senate leadership to include the $25 million for Southwest Light Rail that Governor Dayton included in his bonding request. As of now, neither chamber has included a cent.
